Practice Description:




    • Two periodontal specialists with a team consisting of:




        • 2 doctors







        • 3 hygienists







        • 4 assistants







        • 3 front office staff







        • 1 sterilization technician







        • Total staff: 15








Job Description:




    • Seeking an experienced dental assistant to:




        • Assist with surgeries







        • Provide post-operative care







        • Assist with new patient exams







        • Support hygienists during procedures






Compensation:




    • Pay Range: $30-37 per hour





    • Medical Insurance: United Healthcare





    • Vision Insurance: Yes 





    • Dental Insurance: In House





    • Life Insurance: Yes 





    • Paid Time Off: Includes Vacation Pay, Compensation Pay, and Holiday Pay 





    • 401K: Yes, with a 3% match

  • Tuesday: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM

  • Wednesday: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM

  • Thursday: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

  • Friday: 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM


 


Years of Experience Required: 2


 


Required Skills:


 



  • Surgical skills preferred

  • General dental assisting skills are helpful


 


Additional Notes:


 



  • The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with Friday hours from 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

  • Candidates should ideally possess at least 2 years of experience.

  • Surgical skills are preferred, while general dental assisting skills are also beneficial.
