Job Description: As a Dental Office Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our practice. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of tasks, ensuring the efficient flow of both administrative and operational aspects. Join our team and contribute to our trendy and patient-centric atmosphere.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Efficient appointment scheduling and management.

  • Implementing recall systems to maintain patient engagement.

  • Insurance verification and submission for timely claims processing.

  • Treatment planning and case presentation to enhance patient understanding.

  • Invoicing and overseeing monthly reporting for financial transparency.

  • Conducting business analysis and contributing to the development of growth strategies.

  • Oversight of revenue generation and expense control initiatives.

  • Staff hiring, training, supervision, and ongoing development.

  • Implementation of operational systems to enhance practice efficiency.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in dental office management.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with dental software (preferably Dentrix or similar).

  • Leadership skills with a focus on staff development.

Compensation/Benefits:


Pay Range: $35.00 to $40.00

Requirements:                                                                 


Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The staff meeting in the morning starts at 6:45 a.m. First patient @ 7:00 a.m


Years Experience Required:  2


Required Skills: Computer literate, good communication skills, able to multi-task. Practice uses Dentrix, Dexis, Outlook, Modento, Patient Engagement, Local Med, and Dental Intel -experience using these dental platforms (or similar) preferred.


Other Requirements: Trustworthy, reliable, work well independently and as a team.
