Are you a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant looking to be a key player in a close-knit team? Our small, welcoming periodontal office is seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to help us continue delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Position Overview:

As a Dental Assistant with us, you will:

• Create a Positive Experience: Ensure patients feel warmly welcomed and comfortable throughout their visit.


• Prepare for Success: Set up instruments, materials, and equipment with precision and care.


• Uphold Standards: Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards in line with regulations.


• Educate and Communicate: Provide clear and excellent patient education.


• Maintain Records: Keep accurate and detailed patient records.


• Assist in Procedures: Support various periodontal and implant surgical procedures with hands-on assistance.

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour


• Bonus: End-of-year bonus based on production


• Medical Insurance: Regence HSA with 75% employer contribution and employer HSA contribution


• Vision Insurance: Regence


• Paid Time Off: Vacation and holiday pay; 3 weeks/year accrued as 2.5 hours for every 40 hours worked


• 401K: 3% match with additional profit sharing
