Lead Dental Assistant Full-Time

Practice Description:  Brand New Edmonds Private Practice!  All employees have been here over 1 year with the longest employee being here 6+ years.  We have a well-established patient base and we enjoy what we do!

Job Description:  Must demonstrate exceptional skills and solid experience in Advanced Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry. Seeking a driven person who likes to take the lead, who is professional, great with patients, and has strong communication skills with a self-managing work ethic. This is for the lead position.

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range:  $18-$33/hr DOE

Bonus:  Monthly and daily after 90 days

401K:  Not currently but will be coming soon

Medical/Dental Insurance:  No medical.  In-house dental

Paid Time Off:  1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years. 3 weeks after 5+ years

Other Benefits:  Front office staff are registered dental assistants and work beside Dr before moving up front.

Requirements:                                                                 

Work Schedule:  Mondays 7:30-3:00, Tuesdays-Thursdays 6:30-5:30

Years Experience Required: New graduates and experienced welcome

Required Skills:  Temp crowns, pack cord, assist with crowns, root canals, oral surgery, fillings, crown seats, implants. This is the ideal situation for those looking to grow as we can train, we are just looking for the right person to join the team.
