Dentist - Per Diem

Practice Description:  General, cosmetic practice seeks a temp dentist for various dates in October and November in their Salem and Eugene Oregon locations.

Job Description: You would register with our staffing agency, Dental Professionals, for this work.  You will be paid off of a W4 form and be considered our employee for this work. You can choose the location and days you wish to work.

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: $90/hr.

401K: We provide access to 401K plans to every temp worker after 3 months of employment.

Paid Time Off:  You will accrue sick time according to OR State law, 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.

Requirements:                                                                 

Work Schedule:  Shifts are available Monday-Friday.

Years Experience Required: New graduates and experienced welcome.

Required Skills: OR State dentist license, DEA License, current BLS card, malpractice insurance.
