Practice Description:  An Exceptional Periodontal Office is looking for an Exceptional Scheduling Coordinator.

This is a single column practice where patients are provided a personal and focused experience in a comfortable and relaxed environment. There is no hygiene column. You will be provided a very safe environment regarding COVID as long as you also practice hygiene and infection control protocols to maintain such an environment.

Current staff includes 1 financial coordinator (working remotely) and 2 part time assistants. Patients are our first priority, and we treat them with the utmost care and respect and will expect the same from you.

Patient hours are Monday 8-3, Tuesday and Wednesday 8-4, and Thursday 8-12. Your hours will extend beyond patient hours to prepare for patient care, and will require being in the office by 7am.

Job Description:  Patient care including answering phones, scheduling, and follow up of patient base. An understanding of financial aspect preferred (collections, claim submission, etc). Help regularly with minor duties in the back such as opening products for assistant during surgery, taking surgical photos, turning on computers in the morning, periodontal charting for new patient exams, vacuuming, and folding laundry. Further qualities include:
-Exceptional phone and email communication and greeting skills.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and team oriented personality.
-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, dependable and reliable.
-Solid understanding of computers/scanner and able to type 10 fingers.
-Experience with practice management software: DSN and Solution Reach preferred.
-This is a long-term collaborative position.


Pay Range:  $28+ DOE
