Dental Hygienist

Practice Description:  We are a 2nd generation, family-oriented, general dentistry practice located just outside of Tacoma in Puyallup, Washington. Great downtown Puyallup location, easily accessible from many surrounding communities. We pride ourselves on our excellent patient care, 4.5+ Star reviews, and professional yet fun atmosphere! We are now hiring a part time motivated, friendly, and patient-centered Dental Hygienist to join our dental family.

Job Description: Registered dental hygienist license for the State of Washington
Current BLS Certification
Friendly, positive, and patient-centered demeanor
3+ years of dental hygiene experience to include Perio experience.
Laser and Restorative preferred however not a requirement.
Committed to creating healthy smiles for our patients.
Teamwork-oriented individual

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range:  $65-$75/hr.,  eligible for increase based on performance after 90 days

Bonus:  Available

401K: Coming in 2024 with a 3% employer match

Medical: No

Dental Insurance:  In-office basic care for employee

Paid Time Off:  Vacation pay, Holiday pay

Other Benefits:  BLS, OSHA, HIPAA courses for your license

Staff Details:

Number of Dentists: 1

Number of Registered Dental Hygienists: 3

Number of Assistants: 2

Number of Front Office Staff: 2

Number of Sterilization Techs: 1

Requirements:                                                                 

Work Schedule:  Tuesdays 8-5, Wednesdays 7-3, Thursdays 7-3 and some Fridays 8-2.

Years Experience Required:  3

Required Skills:  3+ years of dental hygiene experience to include perio experience. Laser and Restorative preferred, however not a requirement.
