Our dedicated team is committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive dental services to our patients. Currently, we have one full-time hygienist and are seeking a part-time hygienist with the potential for a full-time position in the future.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a patient-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality dental care. Responsibilities include performing general dental hygiene duties such as X-rays, probing, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), oral hygiene instruction, operatory turnover, and instrument sterilization.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental prophylaxis and scaling and root planing (SRP) procedures.


• Take digital X-rays and conduct periodontal probing.


• Provide oral hygiene instructions and education to patients.


• Assist with operatory turnover and maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment areas.


• Sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.


• Maintain accurate patient records and charting.


• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care and treatment outcomes.

Requirements:

Active license to practice dental hygiene in the state of Washington.

Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental hygiene procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: $55.00 to $65.00

Dental Insurance:  Yes, procedures in-office covered, minus lab fees

Paid Time Off: Yes, 80 hrs of PTO for full time adjusted according to part time.

Work Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 9-6, Wednesday and Thursday 8-5. Hours can be flexible around the hours our staff can work and support!
