Position Available: Dental Hygienist

Location: South Whidbey Island in Freeland,WA

Practice Description: Join our team located on beautiful South Whidbey Island, just a short 15-minute ferry ride from Mukilteo. We pride ourselves on being team-oriented, professional, and fun! Our practice consists of a single doctor, supported by 3 hygienists and 3 assistants.

Job Description: We're seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team immediately. This position offers 3-4 days per week, with a floating dental assistant available for charting, room turnover, and sterilization. Appointments are scheduled for 1 hour per Pro, Perio Maint, or quad of SRP, with an average of 7-8 patients seen per day.

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay Range: $70-80


• Signing Bonus: $5000 (paid after 1 year of employment)

• Paid Time Off: Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay (Vacation accrued based on time worked and provided at the beginning of the year)

Job Requirements:

Work Schedule: 

Time In/Out:

• Tuesday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (No DDS)


• Wednesday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm


• Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm


• Friday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Description of Schedule Hours: Tuesday is designated as a "no DDS" day. All other days/hours are flexible.

Years of Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year

Required Skills:

• RDH license


• Eaglesoft knowledge or willingness to learn through instruction


• Flexibility in scheduling

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively in a team


• Openness to receiving direction and making corrections when necessary
