Job Description: We are currently seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team for Thursdays from 8:00 am to 6:15 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, a commitment to personal and professional growth, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in the co-diagnosis, treatment, and management of periodontal disease is essential, as is the ability to effectively enroll patients in restorative treatment plans. While Dentrix experience is preferred, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings and screenings.


• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.


• Collaborate with dentists in the co-diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease.


• Assist in the enrollment of patients in necessary restorative treatment plans.


• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.


• Uphold the practice's commitment to excellence in customer care and support.

Requirements:

• Degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.


• Active license to practice dental hygiene in the state of Washington.


• Positive attitude and a passion for dentistry.


• Commitment to personal and professional growth.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Proficiency in periodontal disease management and restorative treatment enrollment.


• Dentrix experience is preferred but not required.
