Dental Hygienist Part-Time

Practice Description: We aim to provide the highest quality and most advanced multi-specialty comprehensive oral healthcare possible in a patient-focused and service-oriented team environment. We provide cosmetic dentistry, general dentistry, implant dentistry, prosthodontics, orthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.

We are located on Main Street in Mill Creek. Our award-winning state-of-the-art paperless practice has all the latest technology, including digital impressions, digital X-rays, and lasers. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must!
Our team is enthusiastic, friendly, compassionate, and committed to the mission of delivering high-quality general, specialty, and cosmetic dentistry. Hours of need are Mondays 8-5. 

Job Description: Ability to communicate effectively and have a team-oriented attitude
Greeting Patients and making them feel welcome and comfortable
Recording dental decay and disease for diagnosis and treatment by dentists
Using dental instruments to clean accretions, calcareous deposits, and stains from teeth and beneath margins of gums while providing dental and health education
Applying prophylactic, antibacterial, and topical fluorides to help prevent tooth decay
Discussing Provider's recommended treatment and creating value
Work with Digital Patient Charts and check medical history
Promoting preventative dental care to improve patient oral health care
Being a brand ambassador for the business by building relationships

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: $58.00 to $64.00

Paid Time Off: Vacation Pay, Compensation Pay, and Holiday Pay based on 1.33 hours worked per paycheck.

Requirements:                                                                 

Work Schedule: Monday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. We start seeing our scheduled patients at 8 am; hygiene appointments are scheduled on the hour.

Years Experience Required: 1

Required Skills: Equivalent to High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), and specified training courses mandated by the state for certification, licensure, or registration
Registered Dental Hygienist Certification/Licensure by WA state
Practice Management/Digital Software knowledge
