Dental Hygienist Full-Time

Practice Description: Our dental office, located in vibrant West Seattle, is seeking a remarkable Dental Hygienist to join our thriving practice. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced professional, we have an immediate opening for a full-time RDH. Our patient hours are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including Dentrix/Dexis/Weave software, digital sensors, Nomad mobile X-ray devices, Cavitron 300s, and Nupro Freedoms, we prioritize your comfort, effectiveness, and efficiency by investing in high-quality instruments. With five operatories and a solo dentist, you'll have the opportunity for great mentoring potential from our experienced hygienist. Job Description:

• Build strong patient trust with a consistent patient demographic


• Maintain thorough notes, health history updates, and provide patient education


• Perform cleanings, periodontal maintenance, new patient exams, and scaling/root planing


• Be assigned to work from one operatory and maintain a consistent setup, with an overflow operatory shared between both hygienists if needed


• Patient hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: $65.00 to $70.00 per hour

• Assigned 1 OP to work from and maintain a consistent setup (1 overflow OP shared by both Hygienists if needed)
