Dental Hygienist Full-Time

Practice Description: Our practice is looking for an amazing Dental Hygienist to join our busy office in West Seattle! Whether you are new or experienced, we have immediate availability for a FT RDH. Our patient hours are 8am - 4pm, M-TH. We use Dentrix/Dexis/Weave as well as Digital Sensors, Nomad mobile X-ray devices, Cavitron 300s, Nupro Freedoms. We love to invest in our Hygienists' instruments to keep you comfortable, effective and efficient. We are a 5 OP practice, solo dentist. If you are energetic, proactive and have great patient / team communication skills, we’d love to meet you!

Job Description: Hygienist Position Details:
• Build great patient trust with a consistent patient demographic
• Responsible for maintaining thorough Notes, Health History Updates and Patient Education, Setup and break down of Operatory, Capable of basic sterilization workflow processes
• Mix of Cleanings / Perio Maintenance / NP exams / SRP
• Assigned 1 OP to work from and maintain a consistent setup (1 overflow OP shared by both Hygienists if needed)
• Patient Hours – 8am - 4pm, M-TH

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: $75-$80/hr.

Bonus: Monthly production goal
