Job Description: We are seeking a dental hygienist with a valid Washington State license and a positive, professional attitude. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, efficient time management to uphold appointment schedules, and effective communication with patients regarding treatment plans and procedures. Confidence and enthusiasm in the role are essential attributes.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Pay Range: $40.00 to $55.00 per hour.

Requirements:
Work Schedule: The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6:45 am to 3:30 pm. The first patient appointment begins at 7:00 am, with a 30-minute lunch break. Patient appointments conclude at 3:30 pm. Standard prophy appointments are typically scheduled for 60 minutes. Flexibility in scheduling is maintained to accommodate patient needs.
Years of Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental hygienist.
Required Skills:

Eaglesoft: Proficiency in using Eaglesoft, a dental practice management software, for managing patient records, appointments, and other administrative tasks.

Digital X-rays: Ability to operate digital X-ray equipment and interpret digital radiographs accurately for diagnostic purposes.

Intraoral Camera: Experience and skill in using intraoral cameras to capture high-quality images of the mouth for diagnosis and treatment planning.

Hand Scaling and Cavitron Use in Combination: Competence in performing both hand scaling and using a Cavitron (ultrasonic scaler) for dental cleanings and periodontal treatments, as well as knowing when and how to combine these techniques for optimal patient care.

Positive Attitude: Demonstrated positive, professional attitude towards patients, colleagues, and the practice as a whole. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to the role of a dental hygienist is essential for maintaining a supportive and welcoming environment for both staff and patients.
