Position: Dental Hygienist (with a Passion for Laser Dentistry)

Practice Overview: Our dental clinic is not your typical dental office – we're more like the Avengers of oral health, armed with cutting-edge laser technology and a mission to save smiles everywhere. From battling bacteria to banishing stains, our lasers do it all (well, almost). Our office in NE Ballard offers ample free parking outside the door. Our practice owner acquired the clinic three years ago, but some of our patients have trusted us with their smiles for decades. Both Dentists specialize in laser dentistry, with a focus on advanced procedures like sleep treatments, airway enhancement, aesthetic procedures, and Invisalign.

Job Description: We're seeking a licensed dental hygienist who shares our passion for all things teeth, and if you happen to love lasers as much as we do, that's a bonus! The ideal candidate should be comfortable wielding a laser as they are wielding a toothbrush. As a valued member of our team, you'll need to be a team player ready to pitch in wherever needed, whether it's polishing molars or restocking the cocofloss jar. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor are a must, along with a knack for cracking jokes while scaling plaque.

Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $60-$73 per hour


• Bonus: $5000


• Medical Insurance: Regence 80/20 (80% paid by employer, 20% by employee)


• Dental Insurance: In-office plan with family/friends discounts


• Paid Time Off: Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay (approximately 1 hour accrued per 40 hours worked)
