Dental Hygienist Full-Time

Practice Description: Our established practice boasts a laid-back culture, with the owner dentist at the helm since 2005. In 2020, we welcomed a new dentist, adding a fresh perspective to our team. While we are smaller in size, our dynamic team collaborates harmoniously to provide exceptional dental care to our patients. Our doctors overlap approximately 1 1/2 days a week, fostering a collaborative environment.

Job Description: As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include a range of basic hygiene duties such as conducting thorough medical histories, monitoring BP/Pulse, performing x-rays and dental charting, administering prophy and SRPs, scheduling recall appointments, assisting with sterilization when needed, and managing recall procedures when time permits.

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: Starting from $65.00 per hour (Negotiable)

Requirements:                                                                 

Work Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. They allow 1 hour for all prophy/PM visits & 2 hours for SRPs.

Years Experience Required: 1

Required Skills: Basic hygiene responsibilities include taking a thorough medical history, BP/Pulse, x-rays, dental charting, perio charting, prophy, SRPs, scheduling recall, helping with sterilization when available, and working recall when time allows.

Other Requirements: This office is seeking a well-rounded hygienist who is a team player and can work well with this great, established patient base.
