Job Description: 


Spend your day:


Providing patient education related oral hygiene.

Reinforcing treatment plan needs for patients.

Participating in the dental treatment of patients by performing dental prophylaxis, root planing, sealants placement, application of topical fluorides, and examination of teeth.

Perform charting on patient's needs, presenting problems, perio and tooth charting and reviewing health history each visit.

Take x-rays.

Cleaning hygiene room, sterilizing instruments, and preparing hygiene room for patients.

Attending office training and meetings as needed.

Assist other team members as time allows.

Compensation/Benefits:


Pay Range: $48-$55/hr.

Required Qualifications :

Requirements:                                                                 


Work Schedule:  Monday 9-5, Tuesday 8-5, Wednesday 9-6, Thursday 8-4


Years Experience Required: 1


Required Skills:  1+ years of Dental Hygienist experience.  Any required State specific license or certification.


Other Requirements:  Proven capability providing efficient support to patients, doctors, and working collaboratively with a team.


Experience utilizing a dental/healthcare practice management system(s).  Eaglesoft preferred.


Effectively work in a team-based environment and maintain positive relationships with staff and patients.


Skilled in discussing perio needs with patients.
