Dental Hygienist Full-Time

Practice Description:  We are a well-established family and team-oriented dental practice located in Downtown Redmond. We take pride on building relationships with our patients and enjoy helping them achieve and maintain great oral health.

Job Description:  We are looking for a hygienist with excellent clinical and communication skills that is ready to join our fun and hard-working team. Our hygiene appointments are scheduled for a full hour, affording our hygienists ample time to provide high-quality services in a non-rushed or pressure-filled environment. Work days and hours are consistent and dependable every week. Hoping to find our next long-term team member to join our dental family.

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: $62-$72 per hour

Bonus: We do offer annual cash bonuses

401K:  Available after 1 year of employment and there is employer match and profit sharing available

Medical/Dental Insurance:  Available after 90 day probationary period

Paid Time Off:  Available after 90 day probationary period

Staff Details:

Number of Dentists: 1.25

Number of Registered Dental Hygienists: 2.5

Number of Assistants: 3.5

Number of Front Office Staff: 2.5

Number of Sterilization Techs: 0

Requirements:

Work Schedule:  Rotating weekly schedule: Mon-Thurs, Tues-Fri, so 4 day weekend then 2 day weekend

Years Experience Required:  All experience levels welcome to apply

Required Skills:  Excellent clinical and communication skills, RDH license, helpful to have Dentrix experience but not required
