Dental Hygienist Full-Time

Practice Description: Our dental office is experiencing growth, and we're excited to add another hygienist to our team! If you're looking for an environment where you'll be respected and valued and where patients are treated with individualized care, then consider joining our premier dental practice as a dental hygienist. Our hygienists typically see one patient per hour and complete one quad per hour.

Job Description: We're seeking an energetic and positive individual for this full-time position, which is scheduled Monday through Thursday. While a flexible start date is available, we prefer candidates to start in January. Experience is strongly recommended, and candidates must be Registered Dental Hygienists with an active license.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Contributing to daily huddles and weekly team meetings


• Effective communication in English


• Maintaining a clean work environment


• Focusing on patient care and education


• Promoting treatment plans and encouraging patients to begin treatment


• Demonstrating exceptional human relations skills


• Resolving conflicts among team members


• Maintaining a professional demeanor

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: $56.00 to $60.00 per hour

Requirements:                                                                 

Work Schedule: 7:30 am to 5:15 pm. We see patients M-Th 8-5, with a 1-hour lunch. We occasionally see patients for a half day on Friday (a few times per year).

Years Experience Required: New Grads Welcome

Required Skills: Registered Dental hygienist, friendly, personable, great patient service skills.
