Dental Hygienist Full-Time

Practice Description: We are a GP office in Monroe, WA, known for our exceptional teamwork and commitment to providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages.

Job Description:

1. Perform teeth cleaning for both adults and children, with appointments typically lasting 60 minutes.


2. Conduct scaling and root planing procedures, administering local anesthetics when necessary. This procedure typically takes 90 minutes for two quadrants.


3. Clean treatment rooms thoroughly after procedures are completed to maintain a sterile and welcoming environment.


4. Provide patients with detailed oral hygiene instructions to optimize their dental health.


5. Administer fluoride treatments to patients as part of their preventive care regimen.


6. Explain treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand their recommended dental procedures and associated costs.


7. Actively participate in office meetings, contributing ideas and insights to improve patient care and practice operations.


8. Assist colleagues, including dental assistants, with tasks such as taking X-rays and performing periodontal charting when needed.

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $65-75 per hour
