Job Description: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our private practice. The ideal candidate will have a warm, friendly personality and a passion for patient care. We utilize digital x-rays and Eaglesoft software to enhance our diagnostic capabilities and streamline our practice operations. This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, with benefits available for full-time employees.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal assessments for patients of all ages.


• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.


• Take digital x-rays and utilize Eaglesoft software for patient charting and record-keeping.


• Conduct thorough periodontal charting and assessments to evaluate the health of the gums.


• Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.


• Maintain infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment for patient care.


• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current on best practices in dental hygiene.

Requirements:

Active dental hygiene license in Washington.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Warm, friendly personality with a passion for patient care.

Proficiency in digital x-rays and Eaglesoft software preferred but not required.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Flexible availability for full-time or part-time scheduling.
