Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist

Practice Description: Welcome to our positive, fun, and team-oriented general dental practice in Kenmore, overlooking beautiful Lake Washington. At our practice, patients and team members are considered part of our family, and we prioritize providing exceptional care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our dedicated team focuses on patient care, and we strive to create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Our clinical days are Tuesday through Thursday, with the option for a fourth day at our sister practice located in the North Seattle neighborhood.

Job Description: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a warm, friendly personality and a passion for patient education and care. Excellent clinical skills, great verbal and communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role. We are looking for a team player who is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal assessments for patients of all ages.


• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.


• Conduct oral cancer screenings and assess patients' oral health status.


• Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.


• Document dental care services accurately in patients' records.


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure patient safety and comfort.


• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice dental hygiene in the state of Washington.


• Warm, friendly personality with a passion for patient care and education.

Pay Range: $60.00 to $70.00

Requirements:                                                                 

Work Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays 8-5. (Ability to have an additional day, Monday or Friday, at additional practice if looking for a 4-day position.)

Years Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience or a new graduate with some dental background.

Required Skills: Dental Hygiene license
