Job Description: We are currently seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, family-oriented, clinically skilled, and dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a strong periodontal program to ensure the long-term oral health of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance procedures.


• Conduct comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and charting.


• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.


• Build and maintain a strong periodontal program with consistent recare.


• Collaborate with dentists and other team members to develop individualized treatment plans.


• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.


• Demonstrate excellent patient relations and communication skills.

Requirements:

• RDH Certification and active license to practice dental hygiene in the state of Washington.


• Experience in building and implementing a strong periodontal program.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.


• Proficiency in computer skills and customer service.

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range:  $55-$65/hr.

Work Schedule:  Monday-Tuesday hours 8:00-5:00

Years Experience Required: New graduates and experienced welcome

Required Skills: WA State dental hygiene license
