Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient education, preventive care, and promoting oral health. You’ll work closely with our dentist and support staff to deliver outstanding clinical care while building trusting relationships with our patients.
Compensation/Benefits:


Pay Range: $65-$75/hr DOE


401K:  Yes


Medical: Stipend provided


Dental:  In-house dental benefit for employee and their immediate family for all services except any lab fees.


Paid Time Off: Vacation pay, Paid holidays

Number of Dentists: 1


Number of Registered Dental Hygienists: 2


Number of Assistants: 2


Number of Front Office Staff: 2


Number of Sterilization Techs: 0


Required Qualifications :

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday hours 7:45-5:15.  Patient care hours are from 8 am until 5 pm. We ask that staff arrive 10-15 min early to set up and stay until they have finished their notes and helped clean their op and instruments. We have a 1 hour lunch break every day, normally from 1-2.


Years Experience Required: 2 years, although can be flexible with the experience level.


Required Skills:


*Active Washington State Hygiene License
*Local anesthesia license
*Valid BLS certification


Other Requirements: Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleanings (prophylaxis), scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance.


Conduct oral health assessments and screenings


Take digital radiographs (X-rays)
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, nutrition, and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Adhere to infection control and sterilization protocols.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care.
