Dental Hygienist Full-Time

Practice Description: General dental office seeing all ages. We are quality focused and see a modest amount of patients per day and strive to see them at their appointment time. Hygiene appointments are 1 hour, SRP can be more time depending on the case. Most child prophies are done by the assistants until age 13. Ortho kids are seen by hygiene. There are new Cavitrons in every room.

Job Description:  Responsibilities include taking radiographs, perio charting, intra-oral exams, performing adult prophies or perio maintenance, the occasional SRP (1 per week on average), occasionally give local anesthetic for restorative patients (1 per day on average), visit notes, cleaning of own room.
Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: $65-$72/hr. DOE

401K:  Yes.  A simple IRA through Charles Schwab, has a good, very low cost, index fund options. Dr. provides a 3% match.

Medical:Yes, Regence Gold HSA, 50% employer paid.

Dental Insurance:  Free in-house dentistry

Paid Time Off: Vacation Pay. PTO which accumulates at 10%, 1 hour for every 10 hours worked.

Number of Dentists: 1

Number of Registered Dental Hygienists: 2

Number of Assistants: 2

Number of Front Office Staff: 1

Number of Sterilization Techs: 0

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00-4:15.  Patients are scheduled from 7:30-4:00. Lunch is 11:30-12:00.

Years Experience Required: New graduates and experienced all welcome to apply!
