Dental Hygienist F/T or P/T

Practice Description: We are a team of 18+ employees. Very much team oriented - "Team work makes the dream work". Everyone is hands on in helping each other & have a "can do attitude". In search of a hygienist who fits in.

Job Description: Our practice does NP (exams/x-rays & cleanings), prophy's, PM's, & SRP's. Depending on our patients needs. Typical Prophy & PM is scheduled 1 hr. Then on NP's/SRP's we provide 1.5 hr for hygienist to complete. We do have a sterile tech but on days we're short staffed (or if hygienist has time) we ask for them to please take care of their sterile/flipping own room. Once again, team work makes the dream work. (:

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: $70-$78/hr. DOE

Bonus: TBD

401K:  Yes

Number of Registered Dental Hygienists: 4

Number of Assistants: 3

Number of Front Office Staff: 3

Number of Sterilization Techs: 1

Requirements:                                                                 

Work Schedule: Office hours are Monday 7:45-5:00, Tuesday 6:45-4:00, Wednesday 6:45-4:00, Thursday 7:45-5:00, Friday 6:45-4:00. Looking for a FT or PT hygienist. Monday-Friday, with Tuesdays off (up until September), and then will be transitioned to having Wednesdays off.

Years Experience Required: New graduates and experienced welcome to apply!

Required Skills: BE a friendly team worker. WE are looking for someone who will be an awesome addition to our superb team. Even if not experienced we can help them gain it. WE are confident for the right team player she/he will have all the support to become very successful in the practice!
