Job Description: 

As our esteemed dental hygienist, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging your clinical skills and expertise to deliver exceptional preventive care to our patients. This includes performing cleanings, SRP's, taking x-rays, and providing comprehensive education on oral health. Your collaboration with our dentists will be key to ensuring that our patients consistently receive the highest quality care.

To support your work, we employ cutting-edge technology, including Dentrix for seamless practice management, Dexis for advanced imaging, and intra-oral cameras for precision and patient education. Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: $60-$70/hr. DOE

Bonus:  Monthly bonus opportunities

401K:  Yes

Medical:  Yes for full-time

Dental Insurance:  In office dental treatment provided

Paid Time Off:  Vacation pay accrued weekly, able to use after 90 days.  Paid holidays.

Number of Dentists: 3

Number of Registered Dental Hygienists: 2

Number of Assistants: 5

Number of Front Office Staff: 3

Number of Sterilization Techs: 1

Requirements:                                                                 

Work Schedule:  Work schedule alternates Mon-Thurs then Tues-Fri.  Every other weekend you have a 4-day weekend.  Hours are 7:30-5:00.

Required Skills:  WA dental hygiene license
