Dental Hygienist F/T or P/T

Practice Description:  Our practice has been established in the area for over 40 years, resulting in an outstanding reputation and loyal patient base. Our sterling Google Reviews reflect our dedication to high quality oral healthcare. We use modern technology, including Dentrix practice management software, Dexis radiographs and intraoral imaging, and use the Planmeca Emerald S intraoral scanner. The office is open M-Th 7am-5pm and we presently employ one dentist, three RDH's (2 traditional and 1 restorative), two assistants, and three front office members.  We are seeking to add another hygienist due to practice growth and an increased need for hygiene hours. 

Job Description:  Selecting an RDH with a strong work ethic and communication skills, dependability, as well as the ability to perform excellent patient care are essential qualities in our office. The hours and days for this position are flexible, as we are primarily interested in finding the right person to join our team and find their long-term dental home.  The position offers competitive benefits and salary with today's market, which are negotiable, depending on experience.

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: $65-$75/hr. DOE

401K:  Yes, with up to a 4% employer match

Medical:  A monthly stipend is provided.

Dental Insurance:  In-office dental benefits

Paid Time Off:  Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay.

Work Schedule:  Office is open Monday-Thursday.  Monday 8-5, Tuesday 7-4, Wednesday 7-4, Thursday 7-3.  Hours listed are an example of a possible schedule, however, these hours are flexible.  The number of days to work each week is also flexible.

Years Experience Required: New graduates and experienced welcome to apply.

Required Skills: All capabilities of a traditional dental hygienist will be utilized to the full extent of what Washington State Law permits.  We utilize restorative hygiene in our office extensively and while that opportunity is available, it is not required for this position.
