Our practice is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Colville. Responsibilities:

• Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance procedures.


• Conduct comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and charting.


• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation as needed.


• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.


• Perform oral cancer screenings and radiographic studies.


• Collaborate with dentists and other dental team members to develop individualized treatment plans.


• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.


• Actively participate in community outreach and support initiatives.

Requirements:

• Valid and active license to practice dental hygiene in the state of [State].


• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental hygiene procedures.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and team members.

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: $42-$46/hr. 

401K: Yes with 3% employer match

Medical: No

Dental Insurance:  In-house dental benefits

Paid Time Off:  Vacation pay

Relocation Support: $1500 towards relocation

Number of Dentists: 2

Number of Registered Dental Hygienists: 3

Number of Assistants: 5

Number of Front Office Staff: 3

Number of Sterilization Techs: 1

Requirements:                                                                 

Work Schedule:  Tues, Wed, Thurs hours 7:30-5:00, Fri hours 7:30-2:00.  Morning huddle 7:30-8:00am., 1 hour lunch breaks, 1 hour recall appointments, 2 hours for new patients.  Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time)

Years Experience Required: New graduates and experienced welcome to apply!

Required Skills:  Washington hygiene license
