With a long-standing and loyal patient base, we offer a supportive team atmosphere and the latest equipment to ensure the highest quality of care. Since returning to work in May 2020, we have implemented extensive COVID-19 safeguards to protect both patients and staff, including the use of NIOSH N95 masks, face shields, Surgically Clean Air units, and pre-treatment rinses. Job Description:

Are you a skilled and caring dental hygienist seeking a fulfilling career in a family-friendly environment? Our Bellevue dental practice is seeking an enthusiastic team player to join us for four days per week, Monday through Thursday, with hours from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. With a focus on long-standing patient relationships and providing thorough, high-quality care, our practice offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and advancement.


  1. Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal assessments for patients of all ages.

  2. Provide gentle yet thorough treatment to ensure optimal oral health and hygiene.

  3. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.

  4. Utilize new equipment and technology to deliver the highest standard of care.

  5. Collaborate with dentists and other team members to develop individualized treatment plans.

  6. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Dentrix software.

  7. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and foster positive patient experiences.

  8. Adhere to infection control protocols and COVID-19 safety measures.

  9. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth practice operations.

  10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.


  1. Active dental hygiene license in the state of [State].

  2. Minimum of 2 years of hygiene experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

  3. Gentle yet thorough clinical skills with a focus on patient comfort.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

  6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  7. Dentrix experience is a plus.

  8. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service.

Pay Range: $55-$65/hour DOE and ability

Bonus: $2500 at 90 days of employment. 

401K: 4% match, vests at 1 year of employment

Required Qualifications :


Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30-4:30. Open to part time as well. No nights or weekends. 

Years Experience Required: 2 preferred, new grads welcome. 

Required Skills: Active RDH license with state of Washington. Must be a team player. 

Other Requirements:  Dentrix experience is a plus
