Dental practice in Bellevue, established in 1996, is a dynamic and modern office known for its fun atmosphere and state-of-the-art equipment and software. As a single-doctor, non-corporate practice, it prides itself on maintaining a personal touch and staying independent.


Job Description:


We are seeking a full- or part-time dental hygienist to join our team. Each appointment is one hour, and you will have the autonomy to determine the need for scaling and root planing (SRP) appointments. We do not practice accelerated hygiene, allowing you to provide thorough and personalized care to each patient.


Compensation and Benefits:



  • Pay Range: Starting at $69 per hour, with potential for more based on experience.

  • Bonus: Yes, performance-based bonuses are available.

  • Dental Insurance: In House

  • Paid Time Off: Includes vacation pay and compensation pay, with a lump sum given on January 1 each year for vacation use at your discretion.

Job Requirements:









  • Work Schedule:



    • Monday to Thursday:

      • Time In: 6:45 AM

      • Time Out: 3:30 PM



    • Friday and Weekends: Not required




  • Describe Schedule Hours: The schedule features early start times and early end times, allowing for a balanced workday.




  • Years of Experience Required: We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience.




  • Required Skills: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.




  • Other Requirements: A friendly and positive attitude is essential. Being nice and approachable is a key quality we value in our team members.
