Dental Front Office Manager
Practice Description: We are a family-owned, 1 dentist, thriving dental office in Normandy Park with plenty of parking. Our wonderful office manager of 10+ years is retiring but helping with transitioning as needed.
Job Description: Our thriving dental practice seeks a dynamic and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth, efficient, and patient-centered operation of our office. This role is vital to the practice's success, encompassing everything from financial management to team leadership, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, insurance processing, accounts payable, and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Team Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor our dedicated dental team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Patient Experience: Drive patient satisfaction through excellent communication, appointment scheduling, and addressing patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Operations Excellence: Maintain and optimize the practice's operational processes, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety protocols.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to all relevant dental regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other applicable laws and guidelines.
Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for practice growth and improvement, collaborating with the dentist(s) and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or similar leadership role in a dental practice.
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in dental office software and technology.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
Compensation/Benefits:
Pay Range: $32-$40/hr. DOE
Bonus: TBD
401K: Yes with a 3% employer match (eligible after 1 year of employment)

Number of Dentists: 1
Number of Registered Dental Hygienists: 2
Number of Assistants: 2
Number of Front Office Staff: 2
Number of Sterilization Techs: 1
Work Schedule: Monday-Wednesday hours 7:30-5:15, Thursday hours 7:00-2:45. Approximately 1 Friday/month from about 10am-1pm.
Years Experience Required: 2
Required Skills: MUST have at least 2 years experience as a DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER.
Other Requirements: Dentrix experience preferred.
