Job Description


Our small Mill Creek office is looking to hire a full time M-Th Font Office/Insurance Coordinator as our wonderful front office is embarking on a new adventure in life! We are a small 1 Dr, Hygienist, Assistant and Floater office. You would have help up front with our floater when not assisting. Reliable, detail oriented, kind and teamwork is important.


Responsibilities Include:
-Greeting patients, answering phones, checking email, managing doctors and hygienist schedule.
-Managing financial arrangements, collecting payments and posting to accounts
-Work with patients and their insurance, sending claims, following up on claims, pre-authorizations, checking benefits
-Review treatment plan options with patient's
-Manage A/R and financial reports, outstanding claims
-Data scan and uploading of patient information


Compensation/Benefits:


Pay Range: Competitive wage based on ability and experience

Requirements:


Work Schedule: Monday through Wednesday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch and Thursdays 7am-3pm no lunch
