Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our busy dental practice. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to the functioning of our office. Your duties will include:

  • Greeting patients and checking them in and out for their appointments with a warm and friendly demeanor.

  • Managing our recall schedule to ensure that patients are scheduled for their regular check-ups and cleanings in a timely manner.

  • Communicating with insurance companies to verify patient coverage and obtain necessary information for claims processing.

  • Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, updating patient records, and maintaining office supplies.

  • Collaborating with other members of the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.


  • Prior experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).

  • A friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.

Pay Range:  $24-$29/hr

Required Qualifications :


Work Schedule:  Monday- 7:45-5, Tue- 7:45-6, Thur 7:45-6 and Sat. 7:45-4.

Required Skills:  Computer skills and the ability to be a TEAM player. You must be willing to learn. Good phone skills.
