Job Description :

Practice Description:  Busy general dental practice located in North Seattle. 

Job DescriptionSeeking front desk coordinator to handle phones, scheduling, confirming, monitoring email, scanning, filing, and assisting with various tasks as needed.


Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour 

Bonus: monthly production bonus

401K: Simple IRA retirement plan after 3 years of employment, 3% match

Medical/Dental Insurance: Medical insurance-dental in the office  

Paid Time Off: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, additional in the future 

Other Benefits: Paid holidays/sick leave

Work Schedule: prefer Monday 7-4, Tuesday 7-4, Wednesday 7-4, Thursday 7-4 

Years Experience Required: 1

Required Skills: Dental office skills preferred, strong communication skills,

Other Requirements: Knowledge of dental office
