Dental Financial Coordinator Full-Time

Job Description: We are looking for someone with at least 5 years dental experience. We seek a positive and motivated team player with excellent communication skills and multitasking ability. You must have strong people skills, be a great listener and have a great work ethic.
Job duties include:
Confirming Ins and eligibility, posting and sending all claims, Billing and A/R's, posting all payments and sending statements, Insurance correspondence, Paying office bills, Insurance re-credentialing, answering the phones, scheduling, etc

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range:  $30-$35/hr, open to Negotiation DOE.

Number of Dentists: 2

Number of Registered Dental Hygienists: 2 FT, 1 PT

Number of Assistants: 2

Number of Front Office Staff: 2

Number of Sterilization Techs: 1

Work Schedule:  Monday, Tuesday hours 8-6, Wednesday 9-7.  Beginning July 2024, the hours on Wednesdays will also be 8-6.  Work every other Thursday as an Admin day, flexible hours.
