Dental Assistant/Sterilization Technician

Practice Description:  We are a small tight knit group that works really hard. 

Job Description: Sterilize instruments. turn over rooms, perio chart. help with the front.

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: $18.00 to $23.00 

Bonus: Collection Bonuses

401K:  Simple IRA

Medical/Dental Insurance:  Employer pays $300 towards medical plan with Regence.  Employee out of pocket typically $100/mo.  Can add family at own cost.  In-house dental.

Paid Time Off:  1 year vacation after 1 year.

Other Benefits: Half of the parking. 6 paid holidays.

Number of Dentists: 1

Number of Registered Dental Hygienists: 1

Number of Assistants: 1

Number of Front Office Staff: 2

Number of Sterilization Techs: 0

Work Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 8:00 - 5:00, Wednesday and Thursday 7:00 - 4:00

Years Experience Required: New Grads Welcome
