Whether you're an experienced Dental Assistant or new to the field, we are willing to train candidates who are registered and eager to learn.


  1. Provide chair-side assistance to the Pediatric Dentist during examinations and procedures.

  2. Create a welcoming and supportive environment for young patients and their families.

  3. Assist with patient management and behavior guidance techniques to ensure a positive dental experience.

  4. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in accordance with infection control protocols.

  5. Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.

  6. Maintain accurate patient records and charting, including updating medical histories and treatment plans.

  7. Support the dental team in various administrative tasks and front office duties as needed.

  8. Participate in team meetings, continuing education opportunities, and practice development activities.


  1. Warm, loving personality with a genuine passion for working with children.

  2. Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals.

  3. Previous experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus but not required.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment.

  6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.

  7. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

  8. Flexible schedule with availability for part-time hours, with potential for full-time.

Pay Range:$18.00 to $25.00 with experience and qualifications

Work Schedule: Wednesdays & Thursdays.  Flexible, no weekends, no evening hours
