In addition to our dental expertise, we take pride in enhancing facial aesthetics through the services of our master aesthetician. Job Description: As a Dental Assistant in our practice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and contributing to the overall patient experience. Your responsibilities will include:

1. 
   

   Cerec Restoration Design and Fabrication:

   
   
   
   
   • Utilize Cerec technology to design and fabricate high-quality dental restorations.
   
   
   • Ensure precision and accuracy in the creation of restorations to meet patient needs.
   
   
   
   


2. 
   

   Implant Placement Assistance:

   
   
   
   
   • Assist in implant placement procedures, working closely with the dental team to ensure seamless execution.
   
   
   • Maintain a sterile and organized environment during implant procedures.
   
   
   
   


3. 
   

   Garrison Matrix Appliance Placement:

   
   
   
   
   • Work with the latest generation Garrison matrix appliances for efficient and effective dental procedures.
   
   
   • Collaborate with the dental team to achieve optimal results in restorative processes.
   
   
   
   


4. 
   

   PRF Membrane Fabrication for Surgeries:

   
   
   
   
   • Fabricate Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) membranes to support surgical procedures.
   
   
   • Ensure the availability of high-quality PRF membranes for various surgeries performed within the practice.
   
   
   
   


5. 
   

   Patient Care and Satisfaction:

   
   
   
   
   • Engage with patients in a friendly and supportive manner, contributing to a positive and comfortable experience.
   
   
   • Strive to exceed patient expectations, promoting an atmosphere where patients leave with enhanced smiles and satisfaction.

   Collaboration with the Dental Team:

   
   
   
   
   • Work collaboratively with prosthodontists, periodontists, general dentists, and the master aesthetician to provide comprehensive care.
   
   
   • Maintain effective communication within the team to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction.
   
   
   
   

Qualifications:

• Certified Dental Assistant with relevant experience.


• Proficiency in Cerec technology and experience in designing and fabricating restorations.


• Familiarity with implant procedures and aseptic techniques.


• Knowledge of the latest Garrison matrix appliances and their application.


• Experience in fabricating PRF membranes for surgical support.


• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care.

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: $26.00 to $30.00

Bonus: We have a very generous bonus system!

401K: Yes, with a 4% match.

Medical: Yes, Regence.

Dental Insurance: Yes, this is in-house.

Other Benefits: 2 days continuing education, 2 weeks vacation for the first year, 10 paid holidays

Relocation Support: Relocation support is possible, and it is based on the distance from our practice.

Number of Registered Dental Hygienists: 4

Number of Front Office Staff: 4

Number of Sterilization Techs: 1

Requirements:                                                                 

Work Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 7:40 am to 5:00 pm, Wednesday 6:40 am to 4:00 pm, and Thursday 6:45 am to 3:00 pm.

Years Experience Required: 1

Required Skills: Basic dental assisting skills are required. We require dental assistants that always put patients # 1 and have a great work ethic.
