Job Description: We are currently seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting general dentists and prosthodontists, as well as performing sterilization, room turnover, and set-up tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist general dentists and prosthodontists during dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are readily available.
- Perform sterilization procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for patient care.
- Turnover treatment rooms between patient appointments, including sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient experience.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.

Compensation/Benefits:
Pay Range: $20.00 to $25.00
Bonus: Based on collection.

Requirements:
Work Schedule: Most weeks are Tues-Thurs, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Some Mondays and Fridays are as needed.
Years Experience Required: 1
Required Skills: Dentrix/Dexis, x-ray & photo taking skills. Some Itero; Sirona skills are appreciated but not required.
