Job Description:

As a Registered Dental Assistant at our practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing patient flow to ensure a smooth and rewarding experience for patients throughout their visit.


• Collaborating with the Office Manager to provide continuous support and assistance in various administrative tasks.


• Demonstrating proficiency in various dental assisting tasks, including but not limited to making temporary crowns, packing cords, placing matrices, taking impressions, capturing quality x-rays, performing night guard impressions, and conducting child prophylaxis.


• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adequate stocking of the office, laboratory, and sterile areas to uphold infection control standards and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Registered Dental Assistant certification in the state of Washington.


• Proficiency in a wide range of dental assisting procedures, with strong attention to detail.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff.


• Flexibility and adaptability to handle varied responsibilities and tasks in a fast-paced dental practice environment.


• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.

Compensation/Benefits:

Pay Range: $25.00 to $33.00

Bonus: No

401K:  Yes, matching up to 3%

Medical: Yes

Dental Insurance: Yes, employee only

Paid Time Off:  Vacation and Holiday Pay, 0-2 years = 3.08 pay period = 80 annually

Number of Sterilization Techs: 1

Requirements:                                                                 

Work Schedule: Monday and  Wednesday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm; Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mon & Wed: AM Huddle starts at 7:35 AM, first patient is at 8 AM
Tue & Thurs: AM Huddle starts at 6:35 AM, first patient is at 7 AM
