Practice Description: This office is located in Issaquah, WA, and is committed to delivering professional, agile, and supportive dental care. Our team is dedicated to helping you excel in your role through training and support.













Job Description:











      • Prepare patients for dental procedures: Ensure patients are comfortable and ready for their treatment, addressing any concerns they may have.

















      • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment: Properly sterilize and disinfect all dental instruments and equipment to maintain strict infection control protocols.

















      • Provide chairside assistance: Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring a smooth workflow.

















      • Take dental X-rays: Use Open Dental software to capture accurate X-ray images, which are required for patient diagnosis and treatment planning.

















      • Record patient information: Maintain detailed and accurate patient information records, including medical history and vital signs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.










Experience:









      • Knowledge of dental instruments and equipment: Proficiency in identifying and handling various dental instruments and equipment used in routine dental procedures.

















      • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations: Understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality.

















      • Assistance with restorative and surgical procedures: Ability to assist dentists with restorative and surgical dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout.










COMPENSATION:











      • Pay Range: $20 - $32 per hour

















      • Bonus: Provided after the probation period

















      • Medical Insurance: Medical stipend available (details provided after probation)

















      • Dental Insurance: In-house dental insurance provided

Required Qualifications :
JOB REQUIREMENTS





Work Schedule: Flexible Schedule, including one Saturday per month


Time In/Out:



  • Monday: Time In: 8 AM, Time Out: 5 PM

  • Tuesday: Time In: 8 AM, Time Out: 5 PM

  • Wednesday: Time In: 8 AM, Time Out: 5 PM

  • Thursday: Time In: 8 AM, Time Out: 5 PM

  • Saturday: One Saturday per month, timing TBD


Describe Schedule Hours: The work schedule offers flexibility with standard office hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday, with one Saturday open per month.
