Practice Description: Welcome to our established and friendly, family-oriented dental practice! We are a two-doctor practice with a small but growing team that is highly focused on patient care and communication. Our practice values building long-term relationships with our patients and providing them with exceptional dental care in a supportive and welcoming environment. We are seeking hygienists who are interested in finding a permanent home where they can get to know their patients and be part of our supportive team.


Job Description: We are currently seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, dedicated to providing oral care education, and committed to working collaboratively with our dental team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including scheduling patients, performing hygiene treatments, conducting oral cancer screenings, and assisting with same-day treatment conversions. Additionally, the hygienist will participate in regular meetings with the business team and leadership, stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements, and maintain a focus on patient care and safety.


Responsibilities:



  • Schedule patients for routine care and follow-up appointments.

  • Perform oral hygiene treatments, including cleanings, perio treatments, and oral cancer screenings.

  • Follow doctor's treatment planning for predictability and continuity of care.

  • Identify opportunities for same-day treatment conversion and assist with patient education.

  • Participate in regular synergy meetings with the business team to discuss practice goals and strategies.

  • Attend quarterly business reviews with the team and leadership to assess practice performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Maintain CE requirements through provided classes and stay informed about the latest developments in dental hygiene.

  • Keep operatory stocked, assist with sterilization, and prioritize patient care as a top priority.

Compensation/Benefits:


Pay Range: $$63.00-$70.00

Work Schedule: Any 2 days between Tuesdays - Fridays.


Years Experience Required: New graduates and experienced welcome to apply.


Required Skills: Successful completion of dental hygiene school and licensed as a registered dental hygienist. Has a current BLS certification. 


Other Requirements: Someone open and mentally flexible who is a team player and patient-focused
